1. Easy Returns

If you receive a product that’s:

  • Damaged or defective 🧾

  • Missing parts or not what you ordered

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or return for you.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

 


 

2. Exchanges

Want to exchange a product? No problem! 💬
If the item is unused and in perfect condition, you can exchange it within 7 days of receiving it.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened baby care or feeding items

  • Used sensory or bath products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)


 


 

4. Refunds

We truly value every parent who shops with us and understand that every purchase is made with love for your little one 💛.
At this time, we don’t offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, if you ever receive a damaged, faulty, or wrong item, please don’t worry — we’ll happily offer an exchange or store credit to make sure you’re satisfied.
